Arax Bakery

Terms of Use

These terms cover browsing araxbakery.com and buying from our shop. They are written in plain language so you actually know what you are agreeing to.

Last updated: 11 October 2026

About these terms

By using araxbakery.com you accept these terms. The website belongs to Arax | Armenian & Lebanese Bakery, Ermou 186, Larnaca 6022, Cyprus. If you do not agree with anything here, please stop using the site and contact us instead — we are happy to help by phone.

Using the website

You may use this site for your own, personal, non-commercial purposes: reading the menu, checking our hours, looking at photos, and finding your way to the shop.

Please do not:

  • copy, republish or sell our text, photographs, logo and menu layout without our written permission;
  • use automated tools to scrape or harvest content from the site at a rate that burdens our server;
  • interfere with the site, spread malware through it, or pretend to be Arax when you are not us.

Menu, prices and availability

All prices are shown in euro and include VAT. The menu on this site mirrors our printed menu, but dishes change with the season and with what the market gives us, so a few items may be unavailable on any given day.

If a price on the site and the price at the till ever disagree, the till is right and we will fix the site. We reserve the right to change dishes, prices and portion sizes at any time.

Ordering, payment and delivery

This website does not take payment. It does not ask for card details and it does not hold an account for you. There are two ways to buy from us:

  • In the shop — pay at the counter in cash or by card. The sale is between you and Arax.
  • Through Bolt Food — the "Order Online" button opens Bolt Food. From that moment Bolt's own terms, prices, delivery fees, minimums and refund rules apply, and the order is placed with Bolt rather than directly with us.

Delivery times, service areas and courier fees are set by Bolt Food, not by us, and can change without notice.

Allergens and food safety

Everything is made in a small kitchen that handles wheat and gluten, dairy, sesame, nuts, eggs and meat. We are glad to tell you what goes into a dish, but we cannot guarantee that any item is free from traces of an allergen. If you have an allergy or intolerance, tell us before ordering — by phone, in the Bolt Food notes field, or at the counter — and we will guide you to what is safe.

Opening hours

The hours shown on the site are our normal opening hours and may be adjusted for public holidays, private events or an unexpected shortage; any change appears in the notice banner at the top of the page and on our Instagram. The quickest confirmation before you travel is a phone call to +357 24 046442.

Content and photographs

The text, recipes, photographs, logo and design on this site are our own work and are protected by copyright. You may share a link to the site and post our photos on your own social media with credit. Anything else — reprinting our menu, using our photos in advertising, or copying the design — needs our written permission.

Third-party links and services

The site links to Instagram, Google Maps and Bolt Food. Those services are run by other companies, so we are not responsible for their content, their prices, their availability or their privacy practices. Their own terms apply the moment you follow a link.

Reviews

We show short quotes from public reviews to give a fair picture of what people think of us. If you spot one that is no longer accurate or that you would rather we removed, contact us and we will take it down.

Our responsibility

We keep the site running and do our best to keep it accurate, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Where the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or incidental loss arising from use of the website. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited — and nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the shop or the website changes. The version in force is the one published on this page, dated at the top.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Cyprus. That never takes away the protections you have as a consumer under EU law.
